How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with the following categories of recipients for the purposes described above:

  • Service providers — companies that help us operate our business, including PushPress (membership management), Go High Level (CRM), SugarWOD (workout tracking), Zapier (automation), Google Analytics, and email/SMS delivery services. These providers are contractually required to handle your data only as instructed by us.
  • Payment processors — your payment details are handled directly by our payment processing provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Advertising platforms — we may share anonymised or hashed contact data with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to run targeted advertising campaigns. This is done under their respective data processing terms.
  • Professional advisers — accountants, lawyers, and insurers, under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal authorities — where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of our members and staff.
  • Business transfers — if ESTLR Athletics is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
05

Marketing & Communications

When you submit a contact form, sign up for a trial, or purchase a membership, you may receive marketing communications from us by email and/or SMS. These include information about programmes, offers, class updates, and gym news.

We use Go High Level (GHL) to manage our communications. Automated email and SMS sequences are sent following enquiries and membership purchases to welcome new members, share relevant information, and keep you updated.

You can opt out at any time by:

  • Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email
  • Replying STOP to any SMS message
  • Contacting us directly at info@estlr.com or 213-266-8841

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications about your active membership or bookings.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. Types of cookies we use include:

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — used by Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use the site (pages visited, session duration, traffic sources). This data helps us improve the website.
  • Marketing cookies — used by Meta Pixel and Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our website.
  • Functional cookies — used by our booking platform (PushPress) and embedded widgets to provide their services.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of parts of our website.

07

  • Active members — we retain your data for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return.
  • Enquirers who did not join — contact data is retained in our CRM for up to 12 months from your last interaction, after which it is moved to a suppression list or deleted.
  • Financial records — payment and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
