Three Ways to Train Today

Arrive. Train.
Feel Welcome.

Check in at the front desk when you arrive. Bring your own workout clothes and training shoes — flat-soled shoes are best for lifting, though general training shoes are fine for MetCon classes.

Our coaches make it their job to make sure you know exactly what you’re doing from the moment you step on the floor. You’ll be made to feel like a regular member, not an outsider.

Drop-In Know

We ask that all drop-in visitors have at least three months of training experience. Sessions move through structured programming that assumes a foundational level of fitness and movement knowledge. If you’re brand new, look at our membership options for a better starting experience.

Yes. ESTLR has free on-site parking. In the Arts District where street parking is notoriously competitive, this is a genuine advantage. Spots are limited, so arriving a few minutes early is recommended during peak hours.

Yes. Clean changing rooms and shower facilities are available to all drop-in visitors. This makes ESTLR a popular stop for business travelers who want to train before heading into meetings.

Our DTLA gym is fully equipped with everything visiting athletes need for a solid workout. You’ll find:
• Rowers
• SkiErgs
• Air runners
• Sleds
• Stones
• Sandbags
• Full range of dumbbells and kettlebells
• Olympic weightlifting bars

Absolutely. If you’re in DTLA for several days, you’re welcome to drop in as many times as you’d like. If you’re planning four or more sessions, ask about a short-term class pack as a more cost-effective option.
