This program will allow all levels of athletes to progress steadily and set new PRs on their snatch and clean & jerk.
We have two tracks: Olympic Weightlifting Technique and Olympic Weightlifting Competitive.
· Twice a week group class - Wednesday 6pm / Sunday 10am
· Train for one hour with set programming and coaching
· Improve your technique & positional strength for CrossFit performance
· Four to five days per week team training - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 6pm, Saturday 10am (optional)
· Train for two hours with set programming and coaching
· Compete with the team at local, state, and national events
