Our weightlifting program is tailored for athletes with foundational experience, focusing on the technical mastery of Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. Designed to push intermediate and advanced lifters, the program offers structured sessions to refine technique, build explosive strength, and set new personal records (PRs).
With expert coaching and an emphasis on precision, participants develop mobility, improve lifting mechanics, and gain the confidence to lift heavier with control and efficiency.
Whether you're aiming to compete or take your weightlifting to the next level, this program provides the environment and guidance to elevate your performance. We have two tracks:
· Twice a week group class - Wednesday 6pm / Sunday 10am
· Train for one hour with set programming and coaching
· Improve your technique & positional strength for CrossFit performance
· Four to five days per week team training - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 6pm, Saturday 10am (optional)
· Train for two hours with set programming and coaching
· Compete with the team at local, state, and national events
