EXPERIENCE CROSSFIT AT ESTLR

Our CrossFit weightlifting program is where everyday people come together with a similar goal of increasing their fitness. No matter what your skill level, this class keeps you motivated and moving in the right direction. Our weightlifting program classes are for anyone who has completed our one-on-one intro session or who have prior CrossFit experience.

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, done at high intensity. In simple terms, this means we do a variety of workouts, using movements from gymnastics (body weight movements), weightlifting, and cardio (rowing, running, skiing, and biking). Each workout is performed at a high intensity to make maximal fitness gains.

If you have previous CrossFit experience, you may bypass our intro sessions and jump right into the classes. Simply email, call or text us, or drop-in to a class and we can get you set up with a membership in our CrossFit weightlifting program.
