No. Nutrition coaching is available to anyone — not just ESTLR gym members. If you’re based in the LA area and want personalised nutrition guidance, you’re welcome to book a consultation.

No. We don’t prescribe restrictive diets. The goal is to build a nutritional approach that supports your training, your body composition goals, and your lifestyle — in a way that’s sustainable long-term. That looks different for every person.

Yes — and it works especially well that way. When your nutrition coach is also your strength coach (or is in the same building as one), the guidance you receive is integrated with your actual training. The nutrition plan is built around what you’re doing in the gym.
