Absolutely — personal training is one of the best starting points if you’re new. You’ll learn how to move properly from day one, build confidence with the equipment, and avoid the months of bad habits that come from winging it. Our coaches pace things appropriately from the first session.

Pricing varies depending on the number of sessions and the coach. ESTLR personal training is conducted in a premium 7,000 sq ft facility with expert coaches who provide genuinely customised programming — a different calibre from big-box gym PT. Book a session to discuss options.

That depends on your goals and schedule. For most people, 2–3 sessions per week produces strong results. If you’re working toward a competition or specific performance goal, the frequency may be higher. Your coach will recommend a schedule after the initial assessment.
