Your Physio and Your
Coaches in the
Same Building.

Most people treat physical therapy and training as two separate things — the clinic you go to when something breaks down, and the gym you go to when you’re healthy. At ESTLR, they happen in the same space.

Dr. Caroline Bao can observe how you move in a training environment, speak directly with your coaches about what to modify and what to avoid, and make sure your rehabilitation goals and your fitness goals are working together rather than against each other.

For ESTLR members, this integration is a genuine advantage — especially for anyone managing a nagging injury while trying to maintain training. Rather than guessing what your physio would think about a particular lift, you can ask her directly.

Bring any relevant imaging — X-rays, MRIs, surgical reports. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. Come prepared to describe your symptoms, when they started, and what makes them better or worse.

Initial assessments are typically 60 minutes and include a thorough evaluation of your movement, strength, and specific complaint. Follow-up sessions vary — typically 45 to 60 minutes.

Often, yes — and this is one of the advantages of having PT integrated at the gym. Dr. Bao can advise on what’s appropriate for same-day training, and your coaches can be briefed on any modifications needed.
