Check in at the front desk when you arrive. Bring your own workout clothes and training shoes — flat-soled shoes are best for lifting, though general training shoes are fine for MetCon classes.
Our coaches make it their job to make sure you know exactly what you’re doing from the moment you step on the floor. You’ll be made to feel like a regular member, not an outsider.
