Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine technique you’ve already developed, this programme offers six personalised 1-on-1 coaching sessions to help you master proper form and boost your confidence.

With a focus on individualised learning, you’ll gain the skills needed to move efficiently and safely through conditioning workouts — and you’ll leave the 6 weeks knowing exactly how your body moves and what to work on next.

Beyond movement, we take a holistic approach. You’ll receive a planned class schedule to keep you on track, nutritional guidelines tailored to support your performance, and a DEXA scan to accurately assess your body composition. 6 Personalised 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Six private sessions with a dedicated ESTLR coach — entirely focused on you. Your coach corrects your movement in real time, identifies your specific strengths and weaknesses, and programmes each session to address your exact gaps. No group. No waiting. Just targeted coaching that accelerates your learning curve dramatically.

Planned Class Schedule

We don’t just hand you a gym membership and wish you luck. Your coach builds a structured weekly class schedule that fits your lifestyle and balances your 1-on-1 sessions with group class attendance. Consistency is built in from the start — no guessing about what to do or when to show up.

Nutritional Guidelines

Training is only half the picture. Your nutritional guidelines are tailored to support your performance, recovery, and body composition goals during the 6-week programme. Practical, sustainable, and built around your real life — not a restrictive diet template that ignores your schedule or preferences.

DEXA Scan

A DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scan is the gold standard for body composition analysis — it tells you precisely how much muscle, fat, and bone you have, and where. Your scan creates a precise baseline at the start of the programme so you can measure real changes over time with data, not guesswork.

Full Access to Group Classes

Your 6 private sessions are complemented by full group class access throughout the programme. This means you’re training consistently from week one — building the habit, feeling the community, and putting your 1-on-1 coaching into practice in a coached class environment. By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll be a confident, integrated member of the ESTLR community.

Squats, hinges, presses, and pulls — the essential movement patterns that underpin all conditioning work. Second 1-on-1 session focuses on barbell mechanics and loading safely.

Conditioning Introduction

Introduction to conditioning workouts — pacing, breathing, and intensity management. Third session: understanding how to push effectively without technique breaking down under fatigue.

Skill Development

Gymnastics fundamentals, accessory movements, and skill-specific work tailored to your goals. Your nutrition guidelines are reviewed and adjusted based on progress at the midpoint.

Integration & Performance

Putting it all together. More complex workouts that combine multiple movement patterns. Fifth 1-on-1 session: advanced technique work and identifying your next performance targets.

Graduation & Next Steps

Final 1-on-1 session reviews everything you’ve built over the 6 weeks. Your coach outlines your next goals and the right membership plan to keep your momentum going. You’re no longer a beginner.

On-Ramp Program FAQs

No experience is required. The On-Ramp Program is specifically designed to work for complete beginners. Your coach starts from wherever you are and builds from there. You do not need to be fit before starting — that’s the entire point of the programme.

A DEXA scan is the most accurate method of measuring body composition — it shows you precisely how much lean muscle mass, fat, and bone mineral density you have, broken down by body region. We include it at the start of the programme to give you a precise baseline, so any changes over the 6 weeks and beyond are measurable with real data rather than guesswork.

Your coach will build a scheduled plan based on your availability and current fitness level. Most On-Ramp participants train 3–4 times per week — combining their private coaching sessions with group class attendance. The schedule is built around your life, not the other way around.

At your final 1-on-1 session, your coach will outline the membership plan that best suits your goals and the training frequency they recommend going forward. Most On-Ramp graduates transition directly into an ESTLR MetCon membership — with the confidence and technique to train alongside anyone in the gym.

A regular membership gives you access to coached group classes — which are excellent for consistency, community, and progression. The On-Ramp gives you that plus six private sessions where the coach is entirely focused on you, a DEXA scan, a nutrition plan, and a scheduled programme. It’s the most supported way to begin. The additional investment pays back in faster progress and far fewer bad habits to unlearn later.
