As a DTLA CrossFit gym, we run CrossFit classes, Olympic weightlifting sessions, Open Gym, and options for visitors using a pass. Members book through their account, and visitors can choose a time that works and reserve a CrossFit DTLA class or Open Gym drop-in before they arrive.

How do I book a CrossFit class at ESTLR?

Members book through the app linked to our schedule. Visitors can use the Drop-In page to book a CrossFit Drop-In or Open Gym at a time that fits.

Do you have beginner-friendly options?

Yes. If you’re new to CrossFit, we start you with our On-Ramp Program. After that, you can move into the regular schedule.

Can I drop in to a class or Open Gym?

Yes. We welcome drop-ins for CrossFit classes, Open Gym, and weightlifting sessions. Booking ahead helps make sure there’s space.

What equipment is available during classes and Open Gym?

Our DTLA CrossFit gym has rowers, SkiErgs, air runners, sleds, stones, sandbags, rigs, a full range of dumbbells and kettlebells, and Olympic weightlifting bars.

Where are you located in Los Angeles?

We are in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles, close to cafés, creative studios, and other DTLA spots. The address and map are on our Contact and Drop-In pages.
