EXPERIENCE GYMNASTICS AT ESTLR

Gymnastics is a critical part of athleticism and CrossFit performance. It builds foundational strength to control your own bodyweight and body awareness to move in different angles. Here at ESTLR, we have our own specialized gymnastics coach to teach you hand-stand walking, tumbling, strict pull-ups, strict toes-to-bar, pikes, and everything else in CrossFit.

Tumble & Flip every Friday at 7pm

Charly helped me to get a bar and ring muscle-up for the first time after consistently taking his classes. He knows a lot of good progressions and drills and I'm really happy with my progress!
